Three C’s of Social Media

Social media is the best way to relate with your audience and be one of the fastest ways to generate brand recognition, contacts, traffic, and profits.

Three C's of Social Media

Using social media to engage past, current and future customers is essential as it allows you to make a connection and more easily communicate with your target audience. And, no matter their location, they get to find out who you are, what you offer and why they should use your service or product.

We should use social media for many reasons; let’s look at three of them today.

Connection

There are so many creative ways to connect on Social Media these days. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tic Toc, a blog are just a few. The key idea with all of them is they provide you with an outlet to share. Sharing publicly or privately, as a business, you can choose one or many ways of publishing content – pictures, videos, writing articles or even your voice.

Social media is vital because it allows your followers to share your promotions and content easily. As a business, you are building your brand and trust. Even if your content isn’t communicated directly, someone may speak positively about you to others, creating interest, leading to direct traffic.

Communication

Perhaps the most potent social media element is its interactive quality to break the traditional barriers of time and distance between people. We can interact with family & friends, public leaders, professional athletes, and celebrities any time of the day or night by being social on platforms like Zoom, Twitter and Facebook.

Every day, social media is used in communicating ideas. Businesses use social media for advertising products, nonprofits use it to raise funds and develop charity functions, and even individuals use it for marketing themselves to prospective employers.

Community

In traditional marketing campaigns, because it’s static, the conversation with your audience is more about potentialities. They may or may not be interested in what you are offering, and you can’t be sure they will make use of your offer let alone, bother to review it.

Not so with most social media followers. By interacting with users who are already fans of your company or brand, you reach an already qualified demographic. They follow you on Facebook, Twitter, or other social platform sites, which means they want to know more and more likely to take the desired action.

We can inspire customers to leave reviews (both positive and negative) through social media, interact with our posts, and have real-time conversations. By promoting a discussion, we build concrete relationships with current and potential consumers.

CTA

Thanks for reading a few of the reasons social media is an excellent place to market. By connecting, communicating and building a community, you can better manage your brand and marketing goals.

A call to action should be a part of every post. So here is my CTA for this conversation: If you’d like to start attracting new customers through social media, feel free to contact me. I can help you reach your business’s goals.

Social media creates communities, not markets.
