What a joy it is that the road ahead is an uphill climb. For where it leads is all the way to the top.

The Platte Mound M
Walk With Me
A remarkable figure of the mining tradition, the world’s largest “M” can be found on the Platte Mound four miles northeast of Platteville, Wisconsin.
I travel past this famous area several times per week each time thinking it sure would be fun to stop and hike to the top and look around.
What a treat it was to get to do it finally!
The videos below offer opportunities to see this exceptional area and climb the steps from your own home’s comfort!
In this video, enjoy and exercise to three varied hikes up and down the Platte Mound M. It makes it feel like you are right there with me. Go at your own pace while using this video. Watch it while you walk along on the treadmill or in place. You can also hold on to the back of a chair and raise your knees higher and swing your arms to get your heart rate up.
Yes Please!
Live life with a curious heart and be open to where it leads.
