See And Feel The Outcome As True

An excellent technique for integrating “I am” statements into your life is by visualizing them clearly in your mind. Begin by creating a vivid mental image of your objective.

If your assertion is related to living a healthier lifestyle, then visualize the result that you want to achieve and recite your “I am healthy” statement confidently, knowing that you already have good health.

Feel the outcome as true-to-life.

The key to achieving your desired outcome quickly is to combine visualization and the “I am” statement. However, remember that the words you focus on are processed internally, so it’s essential to stay optimistic throughout the process.

For example, “I am healthy” would be repeated with the feeling as if we are already healthy. Adding the visual act of health in your mind’s eye will be played in a unique way, known only to you. We need to understand that what we see and feel is as if it has already taken place. We are in good health now.

The subconscious mind absorbs ideas through feelings.

As we continue on this thought and make a bold statement that we have good health now, feeling it as already something we have is the secret sauce to “I am” statements.

Our subconscious mind works in mysterious ways, and it’s not always influenced by logical reasoning. It takes emotions seriously and helps us express ourselves in unique ways. 

To make an idea stick in our minds, we must first feel it.

The creative process usually begins with an idea, which then turns into a feeling and ultimately leads us to take action. Then, the subconscious mind absorbs ideas through those feelings.

The only way to access our subconscious mind is during sleep. Therefore, it’s been suggested we repeat our feelings about the “I am” statement we would like to bring forth as the last things we are thinking just before we fall asleep.
